- From the right panel, click on QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool.
- After, the Diagnostic Tool will start scanning for the damaged Installation file, taking up to 15 minutes.
When the scan completes, open QuickBooks.

Solution 2: Run Quick Fix My Program

Solution 3: Rename .ND and .TLG Files

- Go to the location of QuickBooks company files.
- Then, search for the .ND and .TLG files from the folder.
- Now, right-click on the files and pick Rename option.
- Here, you have to rename the files by adding .OLD in the file name like Companyfile.OLD.qbw.TLG or .ND.
